You will have a chance to review assets before hitting the Submit button. If the you try to leave the page before submitting the content, you will be prompted to submit before closing the window. 

Choose select all to add options to multiple files such as location, department or event.

Only jpg and png files are accepted. No HEIC files. 

You will be required to add the custom fields that were pre-chosen by the Marcom team in an effort to organize and quickly tag images. Fields and tags are reflective of the Photo Library Best Practices: https://shorturl.at/MzXmx
