For each upload, click + Add Details once it is loaded OR if multiple files, click Select All on the bottom left and then click + Add Details in any file to edit in bulk. ______________________________________________________Fill out the patient's first and last name. By selecting Approved in the Usage Rights box you are giving TVBC permission to use the uploaded content in marketing and educational materials external to the organization in addition the default internal diagnostic and training uses. Providing some context in the description box for each file can help aide our interpretation. ______________________________________________________Select submit on the bottom right when done and a confirmation message will appear if successful.
