The Great Planet
By submitting your content via the designated upload link, you (the “Contributor”) agree to grant The Great Planet a non-exclusive license to use the content you own and submit, under the terms outlined below:
1. You hereby grant The Great Planet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, and publish the submitted content (in whole or in part) across its digital platforms and social media channels. This license does not restrict your right to license the content to other parties.
2. You confirm that the submitted content does not infringe on any existing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You affirm that you are the sole owner of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant this license.
3. You confirm that all individuals, property owners, or entities featured in the content, including any recognizable persons, private property, landmarks, artworks, or architectural elements, have granted the appropriate permissions or signed release forms authorizing their inclusion.
4. The Great Planet will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the creator of the content wherever it is used. However, submission does not guarantee that the content will be published or used.
5. This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
6. By completing and submitting the form with your full name, postal address, and date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this license.
