This document is a report about the 2025 International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH) Congress held in Washington, DC, from June 21st to 25th, 2025. The event attracted 4,927 attendees, with 58% being international. The Congress featured groundbreaking research presentations, networking events, and a significant economic impact on DC, estimated at $9.6 million. The event was held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and the National Museum of the American Indian, showcasing the city's unique setting. ISTH also introduced childcare services for the first time, aiming for a more inclusive environment.
