You can NOT resell these designs or the files themselves online or on Etsy - unless sold as PERSONAL USE ONLY. They must not be sold to other Paint Party Hosts to use for their businesses. These designs can be used as tracers with carbon paper or with a vinyl / stencil cutter. Feel free to use these for your paintings, porch signs, door hangers, or art kits.
