We are asking that this system be used in a spirit of generosity, relating to this shared experience that we had together. In terms of usage rights, please upload only media that you are okay with other people using personally, including social media. When uploading, you are able to put a name for image credit. We ask users to respect authorship contextually, but there are not explicit sourcing/citing requirements for the use of these photos. Here are the two rules/guidelines to observe: Do no harm. If someone has asked you not to photograph them or an activity, including the contents of a workshop, please don’t upload the media. If you feel that the photo could pose any harm to an individual, please do not post. We will also review submissions for this criteria. Our general photo release for the conference allow for photos of the public spaces and activities, but please use your discretion and keep others in mind. These images cannot be used commercially without explicit permission from the author. If you want to use these photos for commercial activity (anything that you could make money from), please discuss with the creator directly.
